Pros
The founder Shabnam Aggarwal and the COO, Priyanka Khanna really pushed people to enhance their learning curve first. It helped everyone in the team to quickly grow into strong leaders. The work culture was amazing and you can always walk up to the senior management for any help and they would listen to you.
Cons
Can't really think about anything negative out there except the office landlord. haha
