Pros

This is for Klingelnberg India, Pune office. You will get to work on latest technologies. Mostly R&D work so you will know your work matters and that givs a satisfaction. But largely thats all that you will ever get. Nothing much in terms of employee benefits and all.

Cons

Again, this review is for Klingelnberg India, Pune office. When it comes to giving back to employees company suddenly tuns very very poor and cheap. Employee benefits are non existent. There is simply no employee benefit which I can think of. Not even a coffee machine in the office. They even tun off the AC's during summer and when enquired about it admin says that electricity bill is coming too much so we cant run the air conditioning. Seriously? You cant tun the air conditioning in a glass sealed office. Also the food in cafeteria is so pathetic that you would definitely get sick once in a week of you eat there. Special thing is that managing director himself knows about it and only once eat there and told us that its very unhygienic amd that he will never eat there. But he himself never went ahead and did anything to improve the quality. Now that will give you the idea about how they treat their employees. My advice is that you never join here ao do join only if you have no other option.

Pros

the great learning curve for a fresher in the software industry

Cons

There are multiple, I would focus on some, -It has the worst management which never ever think about their employee at all, it shows it's the cheapest face(ever possible) when it comes to paying back to the employees. -If you have been blaming the government employees for their corruption and greediness Join this company and you will be amazed by the administration/management team, -This company changes its standard policies according to their own profit only, for example in march 2020 employees were forced to take leave even when they don't want to. So basically Klingelnberg India has no Standard Policy at all, -The most strange thing here is if you raise your voice for any kind of issue doesn't matter how serious it is, it won't be taken seriously (unless you someone from a higher management team ), -If you forget doing something like switching off the light while leaving or switching off the AC or anything then the next day you have to be ready for being scolded on-person as well as by mail, -If in a month you are 5 hours less of the total working hours, you will be asked a solid reason behind it and if you work 40 hour extra noboday really cares, -You will have to bring your food from home because you have to consider there is no cafeteria available,

Cons

Internal politics greedy management expectations to sit in the office even if you don’t have work Admin is taking care of electricity bills than employees Power hungry people No effort for growth of employees Everyone is trying to save their job that’s the only thing happening here
