Pros
Klingit was a great company to be a part of, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the culture, the people, and the management. It played a huge role in my transition into motion design. After years of experience in other areas, I wanted to shift to motion graphics, and they genuinely took a chance on me. I was given the time and space to learn on the job, and I was surrounded by talented teammates who were always willing to guide me, answer questions, and share their knowledge. What truly stood out was how much they valued work-life balance — something that’s increasingly rare in the digital world. We were encouraged to take breaks, go for walks, and prioritise our wellbeing because they understood that a healthy mind directly impacts the quality of the work. Overall, Klingit gave me growth, support, and a workplace environment that felt both inspiring and sustainable.
