Pros

-Flexible work environment -Amazing office(full kitchen, free coffee, tons of space and meeting rooms) -(generally) friendly people -Allows dogs(though this never happens anymore) -Teams usually collab quite well -Let you pick which type of machine(mac or PC) you want to use

Cons

-Depressed/empty atmosphere -stale salaries(business is struggling greatly) -team responsibilities change often due to (extremely) high employee turnover -No more social events/ limited office funds -Perception(might be unfair) of HR and upper management not caring

CEO has drive, vision and gets work/life balance. Support staff are best in industry and great team players. Benefits are above standard. Great career potential as company is growing at sustained rate.

Cons

Normal small growing company pains. No red flags.
