You are encouraged to express your opinions instead of just following what upper managers say. - Cross-office meetings are usually scheduled around regular business time in Taipei timezone - Food supplies, lunch compensates in the office

Transparent & friendly work environment. Casual dress and the founders and managers don't micromanage you or bring up titles. It's easy to communicate with co-workers. You know how your individual work contributes to the overall company goals. Everyone is friendly and although it's a small company it's diverse. The company provides lunches and dinners for team building and also has snacks.
