      Pros

      The company culture is amazing; very friendly people and everyone is willing to help. Since it's not too large, what you do counts. The work-life balance is also great.

      Cons

      Sometimes workarounds that are supposed to be interim become permanent, which may pose problems. This is unlikely to be specific to only here though

      Pros

      Hele fijne, menselijke werkomgeving. Iedereen wordt gewaardeerd op een oprechte manier. Hierarchie in functie, maar niet in status.

      Cons

      Veel recente wijzigingen in werkwijze die de persoonlijke kwaliteiten helaas niet goed gaan doen naar mijn mening. Lijkt meer kostenbesparend dan de menselijke waardering die normaal hoog in het vaandel staat.
