      Bad management specially team leaders are not capable to be a team leader they don't have basic etiquette how to talk with their subordinates. For th it is very normal that u work for 12+ hours with very low salary. Aslo during covid time they don't followed the guidelines properly in result employees got covid +. So join this organisation only when u don't have any other option.
