      Amazing BCBA and coworkers. Being with kids all day is a lot of fun!

      Cons

      Always sick, pay sucks, and too much work to shove into tiny graphing blocks that you cannot even use half the time.

      Being a positive outlet for kids who have unique challenges, fun and rewarding to see their progress

      Cons

      Stressful, chaotic, hectic, unhelpful management and work environment. Constant sickness / “common cold” pink eye, stomach bugs for months when I started. It is a revolving door of staff and the schedule you receive at the start of each day is nearly useless due to the amount of call-off’s etc.
