HR department is the worst place to work for in this company. The head of HR is cold, ruthless, unprofessional and extremely toxic. Turn over is high to the point where no one lasts under her management for more than a year. Either she fires them for petty and egoistic reasons or they quit. She doesn’t care if you have families or not. Micromanaging is her hobby. She devalues, ridicules and belittles her staff to make herself feel better. Run for your life if you’re planning to work for here or you’ll pay the price with your mental health.
