      Pros

      Great company, good people, leadership really takes car of employees, healthcare, paid vacations, 401k, employees usually work between 40 and 50 hour weeks, Plenty of opportunity to move up in the company.

      the people in the design area and shop are easy to get along with, As long as you have a good personality

      Cons

      I was laid off, they didnt have anything for me to work on, was expected to keep self buys with work that didnt exist.
