They have nice Dallas office

They do not hold you to real metrics. Absolutely no Organization. They track your cell phone constantly. They subcontract all the people that clean.(you never know who is actually gonna be in your building) Constant turnover. They pay custodians the bare minimum. They just hire random people and put them in your facility. Some crews bring their dogs and children when cleaning. Which is a huge liability. No healthcare no 401(k) absolutely zero benefits. The business receives call-ins, and they decide who gets those by the level of prospecting which is really who they like better that week. Their is no real number, and the call-ins are what you make money on and they will slip leads under the table.
