Knight Restoration has consistently been an INCREDIBLE company in my 5-year tenure. The rapid growth to new territories and markets ensures your work week will never be dull or without an exciting challenge. Ownership and upper management truly invest into each of their employees and really take the their time to ensure optimal growth and success of each person on the team. There is a wealth of opportunity to enhance your professional (and personal) goals with the utmost support from colleagues and management. With that being said, I have never been with a company that fully commits and supports their employees as they do - even in tough personal times. This is the company I fully intend to retire with!
Cons
As with any growing company there are some struggles along the way which includes the occasional occurrence of general miscommunication.
