Decent work premises, but lacks culture and growth - bad pay

The place is dead/empty and everyone leaves you alone if you are busy and self generate work Being able to move around offices Encouraged to BD with clients Expenses easily repaid IT and offices leave you wanting for nothing

Not the place for you if you have a personality No culture and no local traction Juniors do not like the place Salary is very poor and no bonus or benefits worth talking about Anyone with a personality leaves after a takeover so you are left with juniors just happy to have a job and a bunch of downright obnoxious/weird so called 'partners'/robots Empty job titles and zero real career progression Incredibly siloed and the 'one team' mantra is hilarious to the point of extreme irony The weird cultish vibe off the CSDs Absolutely zero rapport between colleagues e.g. no one turns up to the Christmas parties as people just don't care - the brand generates zero rapport or affection.
