Cool people Perks include a gym membership Free lunch once a week

Cons

Difficult leadership to please. Micromanaging CEO wants to be involved in Dev meetings and insist on designing the tech with spreadsheets. He's never been an engineer. Can't retain upper level management

- Finger pointing approach to problems which result in immediate lay offs - No transparency - High turnover due to incompetent management (sales and CS) that refuse to data deep dive

Pros

Great people, values that are actually talked about and reinforced, fun events, lots of growth potential for the product, employees have the ability to be self starters and pave their path here.

Cons

No set work from home policy for non-engineers, but am able to do it when needed. They've talked about adding more goal-setting and annual reviews for employees so hopefully we see that in 2020!
