Bad people cuture, always a lot of pressure and lack of clarity of what is needed to be done for projects and clients, Depending on which team you will end up they might be well structured and organized but reality is that they get a lot of projects and they cannot dedicate too much time to them properly, You will end up most of time working alone with very few conversations with your team and the clients,

Knoell is a decent company to work for but there is no upward momentum for growth and the pay is below a livable wage.
