      Great employees, awful leadership

      Working with really ambitious, smart, kind, humble people for the majority of my employment Fully remote

      Cons

      The founder created a culture of "nothing is good enough." It didn't matter if an employee gave 110%, or put in 50% effort. All efforts were met with the same response. Despite being an organization that was building a tool for Chief People Officers and having access to best practices, the founder completely disregarded following these. The founder is very self aggrandizing There's much more, but I don't think the organization is functioning at this point so I will leave it at these points.

      - You'll be able to learn a lot from talented folks working with you - Great culture with fun loving co-workers - Opportunities to work on complex products to level up your skills

      Cons

      - Fast paced startup - The company is still small, so it does not have the same resources as larger companies. However, I have found that the company is very resourceful and creative in finding ways to get things done. And this is where you'll grow the most as an individual
