Pros

The best thing about this place is the industry. Real estate used to be boring. Flexible workspace, thats exciting. Its the space that WeWork created and others followed into. Most people who work here are friendly, happy, smiley people. You'll enjoy working with them.

Cons

Really, its the CEO . He's not a bad guy, but just needs to grow up and get leadership training. He comes across as being quite immature and says things that are insensitive, arrogant and offensive. I think he was probably a nicer guy a few years back, but success seems to have gotten to his head...

Pros

Fast growing company, interesting concept, cool employees.

Cons

The CEO can be wildly unprofessional, egotistical, and condescending, depending on the situation. Carries a holier-than-thou attitude that is highly disrecpectful. I almost think he's a sociopath. Just look up his name and you'll see that he values efficiency and order over true empathy, not just superficial savior-type acting.

Smart people who want to work hard

Cons

- CEO cares more about being in the news/headlines than the health of the company or its employees - Serious favoritism creating unfair work environment - Company and HR does not hold people accountable who are treating women differently than men and not giving them the same opportunities - Very cliquey and secretive - High level decisions are made with no explanation, are not well thought out and poorly implemented - People are not given the power, responsibility, or opportunity to do your job effectively - No clear direction, management gives calls where they tell the employees lies and empty statements, only the insiders know the real state of the company - No one on the leadership team actually knows how to run a company, all just Amol's friends

We have put into effect different processes and teams that are centered on ensuring honest, consistent communication around how and why decisions are made, what our strategy is now and in the future, and so on.
