      Pros

      You have the freedom to work from home when you want, which is really the only plus.

      Cons

      People are very stressed and overworked due to too high demands. And if you need help you will not get any, mostly because of the reason above. Higher management also chases revenue by promising fast delivery for a low cost which makes developers and designers suffer in the long run.
