Not recommended for those who wants to have their personal life.
Pros
1. Good for freshers and who needs to learn more technologies. 2. Pay and Hike is good. 3. Very talented staff but lack in process.
Cons
1. There is lot of work pressure. 2. Work load is very high.. 3 people work will be given to 1 person and take his personal life(1 person should work in a project where the requirement is 3 people). 3. There is no work life balance at all. 4. Not all the employees treated the same way. 5. The timing is for 9 hours and you can not follow it, even if you leave after logout time people asks you why you are leaving early. 6. Some people are working by praising the company, CEO and doing nothing. they are good at marketing themselves. 7. Sometimes you have to work on weekends as well. 8. If you follow office timings and some where lack in work progress you will be threatened to terminate from the job. 9. There is no structure.
