If you get your salary on time you must be blessed and if you get your incentives you are really the luckiest person on earth. You give them business and they hesitate in paying you.
2. The office infrastructure is full of politics. No matter how well you perform you will always be the second option for them. There are no appraisals for performance.
3. The Managers are busy with their own personal lives. They come to office because they have to give their 8 hours to the workplace. They spend their time by shopping over the e-commerce websites and are least worried about the their future as well as the future of the company. They know they can't be fired :P and that's it.
