      Schedule is good but supervisors don't keep track of employees schedule

      Cons

      Terrible trucks budget for parts is non existent drivers upset due to risk of tickets 500 bucks to get hired requirement

      Great pay with overtime. Always busy for a faster work week. Great ppl to work with. Never been laid off or lack of work

      I don't have any cause been here at Knowles for 12 yrs.

      Pros

      Will let you get all the overtime you want. Not picky on hiring standards. Not consumed about safety, just leave you to get job done. If you hate all the corporate rules and guidelines you will enjoy this environment. 4% 401K match after 12 months 1 week vacation after 12 months

      Condition of trucks and truck maintenance. No two trucks the same . Macks,International, Pete's, Kenworth. All trucks slip seated. No PTO NO Sick leave 2 paid Holidays Health insurance is bare bones. If you get sick No sick leave, no short or long term disability. Facility condition.
