      Lunch is provided daily WFH 2 days a week Onsite however limited parking available

      Cons

      They have a strange culture - the OGs from startup days mixed with corporate newbies. There’s a process for a process and yet still dysfunctional. Communication on the surface appears engaging at first until the illusion wears off. Lacking clear direction, honest and transparent communication and team collaboration. The role of product developer and product manager is essentially an analyst / assistant role. Not true to industry standards of a product developer actually developing products

      Amazing culture, good quality people, excellent benefits, customer centric & allows you to take risk and give things a go.

      Cons

      Lack of pay increases unless you're promoted, the goal post is constantly moving and HR / People & Culture focus has changed drastically over the last 2 years (not in a good way - people feeling less valued by the company, less connected to the brand / team, less of the 'incredible place to work' vibe that it had years ago).
