No real sense of direction on tasks so you have the ability to lead whatever you want.

No loyalty to long term employees. They have no real leadership with clear tasks that outline a daily schedule. You can go days without hearing from coworkers and then be instantly slammed with 3-4 tasks that are due the next day. There is NO career growth and NO pay raises even for two years.

Hard to pick out any, however if you can't handle a fast paced environment and aren't obsessed with personal and career growth then you probably won't have a great time here.
The people are awesome and help you in wanting to grow and expand. It's a fun environment, everyone is really cool, there's an amazing employee lounge that makes it easy to unwind and have a blast!

It's a no nonsense type of place, you really need to be on your A-game at all time. No time to rest on your laurels, it's all about grinding and putting out great work day in and day out, nothing less.
