You can spend time without doing any work. You can always keep thinking without executing anything Management will ask you to make new plans but everything will be kept on hold so you don't have to actually think. you just have to pretend
Cons
They will call you anytime and say that they don't have fund and you can leave the organization. You should be ready expecting the company to shutdown at anytime. Do not expect any hike unless you have plans to stay for 3 years in the company
