Local Management is good to work with.

Cons

Most employees must be available to work every hour with in a 24 hour period 7 days a week. Corporate does not protect nor value their employees. They see all employees as replaceable. Office staff rarely make it past 2 year tenure before they are replaced or pushed out. The company continues to lose business and many employees have resigned due to unsavory treatment of other employees.

Kobussen is a tremendous company to work with. I say "with", because from day one of walking in there 6 years ago (to inquire about work), I have been met with nothing other than willingness to help, and a teamwork approach to accomplish my goals. From the first day of training, through the several positions I have held with Kobussen, there has been help, support, and guidance, from every level of the company. This is a growing company, and if you show desire and sincerity, there are more career opportunities available. All of the levels of management are very approachable.

I haven't experienced a "con" yet.
