      Pros

      The people who actually do the work, fellow sales staff, are great and everyone got along. Not your typical car lot scenario.

      Cons

      The pay structure is beyond horrible. I would have made more working at Fleetfarm. You're expected to do a lot of work without getting paid for it. The salary structure benefits the company. You're expected to do a lot of extra work with no pay for it. You're also forbidden from talking about the pay with anyone.
