Outdated "top-down" management style. Completely self-centered, no interest in customer satisfaction. Current management have no strategy. Eliminating people that touch customers is the wrong approach. Eliminate 75% of upper management. They are not needed and create large drain on profits.

Daily budget quotas are set unrealistically high while locations are understaffed. Paycheck errors are frequent. Schedules for the following week are released at the last minute.
