Pros
There is a nice view, nice building, food near by, thats about all there is to say for the pros
Cons
This is one of the strangest places you will ever “work” at, for an introduction you will sit down and literally watch about 40 minutes of paid ads that the company has produced most of which only say how great the CEO is, it is honestly one of the most cringeworthy experiences I have ever had. The training is very basic but the mentor was good, seems passionate about what he does when he is around and will run through the basics of winning psychology, how to talk to people etc.; very little technical advice is given and then you will learn about cold calling off a script, once you are “working” there this is what you will be doing. After a while you will begin to notice that everything is done behind closed doors and there are almost no seniors working there, the trainees don’t last very long and are churned through around every two weeks. The building is nice, everything you can see is presented well, but as far as I’m aware all their ads and tv spots are paid for and not organic, you will notice a lot of very positive reviews on this site to cover up the negative (more accurate) reviews, very suspicious? If you search for the company you will also notice a large amount of company owned websites preaching about how great the company and the CEO is. The whole thing really is quite bizzare and rings a lot of alarm bells. If you want to tell your friends you are a stockbroker for a week or two then go here and see the view otherwise You are probably better off elsewhere.
