Pros
Great initial vision for building and growing a true creative marketing agency/studio full service. Clients ranged from high end to discount. Competitive pay and benefits for newly hired executives.
Cons
Short sighted leadership. Horrible pay and treatment of the employees that had been there for years. I suppose the "new" executives were the shiny new toys? Nonetheless, they sold a lie, they moved several new executives from other parts of the country to work on a dream that never came to fruition. My entire team was let go with no warning all in one day due to "tariffs" and not enough clients. People uprooted their entire lives, worked long hours, etc only to be rewarded with a cold shoulder and mass layoffs. Sad.
