I worked at Kodo Technology for 10 months, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The work environment was toxic, with ineffective management and an unresponsive HR team. There was a complete lack of support, poor communication, and little to no constructive feedback. Employee concerns were routinely ignored, and the overall attitude towards staff was dismissive and unprofessional. If you're looking for a healthy and supportive workplace, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
