      Koelnmesse in Singapore - Still considered a fairly good employer as a whole.

      - Relatively good employee benefits - Flexible work time - Colleagues are generally nice - Central office location - Flat reporting structure

      Cons

      - Low staff morale, especially after the recent restructuring w.e.f 1 June - Lack of proper HR support - No defined growth structure for each individual - No motivation to work

      - Great exposure - great people and culture - flexi hours and generally good benefits - corporate structure relatively flat and seniors and juniors work collaboratively well

      - not enough manpower within each team - not willing to take risk to invest in events and projects - limited growth and advancement opportunities

      Company is solid and the colleagues are great.

      Cons

      Unfortunately a company where a lot of people don’t have the drive to push it in the next level. A lot of people only doing administration and only the work needed. HR development is not existent.
