It feels like close family here, everyone is here to look out for one another. Good support system, and work together well within departments.

Cons

Commission pay won't come for a long time, payout comes only after the construction is fully completed and paid out.

KFPA is a family focused business. It is a tight team that relies on each other for support and empowerment. Salaries are very competitive and employee appreciation is a top priority. Management strives to provide individual direction and a lasting career choice. Plus the people are a lot of fun!
