Well an honest review for this company
Pros
-The people out there are great. -alot of learning aspects. -chill work environment
Cons
-for learning time and guidance should be given. they dont provide both. instead just fire you. seen this case with many of my collegues. - the project manager here is a dimwit partial manipulating person on who the ceo of this company is reliant on. Where he doesnt understand how great of a hazard this person is. - you have to work late sometimes and there is no emapthy shown i guess its the case of many agencies in india - there is 0 creativity her. just generic stuff - clients have their own minds but before the creative reaches the clients its rejected 15 times more or less by the heads here. - terrible coffee and chai. - and please stop calling yourself a family. everyone here has a personal agenda and vendetta.
