Relaxed work environment. Products provide social good to clients. Most employees are friendly. Production team is highly professional and excels at their work. Lots of effort to connect the staff and create a cohesive environment by other staff members outside of leadership.
Cons
Consistent mistakes and non-payment of commissions to staff in sales. Products are overpriced. Leadership needs formal training very badly - lacking in HR basics, very unclear chain of command, and many balls dropped. Mid-level workers must constantly advocate for proper treatment - if they feel able to. Executive leadership has shown itself incapable of strategizing or leading consistently (many connections or relationships made and many balls dropped). Marketing arm is in dire straights. Consistent mistakes or non-payment of commission to sales staff. No real trajectory for growth unless you are in the production team.
