- 0 project management with no roadmapping 
- When asking for a 2 month maximum roadmap I was unfortunately denied. - There is no constructive criticism. Only “my way or the highway” mentality. 
 Please see some actual feedback from CEO as follows:
 - “I don’t care about brand identity, I just want to make cool sh*t” 
- “I want it to look unique” 
- “Not feeling it”
 - “That looks wack” 
- “This looks hokey” 
- “Don’t make it look corporate” 
- “This looks like a Mexican Flag” (was asking for “rasta colors” on a specific design. The colors were red, green, and yellow.)

 - Just to clarify, when offering a solution to enhance or change process to better the CEO’s perspective on multiple occasions, I was often interrupted, talked over or the subject was changed.
 - Wants to create professional videos but doesn’t want to hire a videographer. - Asks employees to work over the weekend on “office projects” instead of hiring people to build new furniture for the new office, etc. - There is a disconnect in marketing with communication to innovation. - Innovation consists of the CEO and a Specialist randomly thinking of new projects that can be “Trendy” instead of products that will amplify the brand. - CEO will personally text you at 10:00pm for new project ideas. - There is no organizational structure for file sourcing. 
- There are 4 different sources to find disorganized files created by a plethora of designers who set up file structure differently. This shows there is no brand guidelines nor do they have a clear plan to create them. - Very uneven salary between employees with same level positions. - Will hear CEO raising voice at employees while using profanities in front of other departments. I’m pretty sure this would be considered public defamation. - Uncomfortable political conversations were often brought up in the office setting.
