I have been here a while and I feel that the company is large at heart even if it's an infant in age. 1. The schedule is not hectic, in general, which was my first priority. 2. Compensation is above average. 3. The policies are quite liberal - more than adequate amount of leaves, good for people of all communities, the list goes on 4. An open-minded, welcoming, and warm environment. 5. Absolutely love the CEO and the Board Members. Did not imagine getting connected with such extraordinary people even though I was just an employee. 6. Quarterly offsite meets are lavish. They really do their best for the employees. 7. Well-defined team structures and inter, as well as intra-team communication, are too good. There are many more which I would like people themselves to list after joining this company. It is an experience, to be honest. Working with such kind and determined people has helped me grow a lot. Also, everyone has golden retriever energy here. Makes me a tad bit happy too.

There are only pros, everyone are very supportive & wonderful, founder is like a friend who supports fully and is there for you always
