Like travelling back in time
Pros
- Long staying full-time aunties are very nice! They will help you / talk to you should you need help and/or feel stressed out - You get noodles sometimes lol - They try to hold company events often, only weird thing is you're expected to join and have to pay for it? :') - Company welfare is not bad, rarely need to OT, always have fruits etc haha
Cons
- Typical family business, somehow people treat the family a lot better/tiptoe around them (us younger gen wouldn't care/like it) - People keep getting fired/keep quitting lol, turnover rate is amazing - The office environment is HORRIBLE, I'm sorry. SO GLOOMY, SO LIFELESS, SO SAD. NO WINDOWS, SO DREARY. Like being transported into 90s principal office. Do not understand why renovation isn't being done. :') - Sometimes feel like there's no proper work done, it's all about what the family wants. Doesn't matter what your bg/experience is haha. - Location is sad. - Pay is meh, hard to grow (one aunty told me it's impossible).
