Pros

Overall, the company has a solid vision. Builds beautiful homes, condos, and hotels

Cons

Management is awful at the corporate level. They do not know what they are doing. Make very rash decisions. They do not care about their employees. No rewards to the job. Some managers come across as racist!

Absolutely awful work environment.

Pros

Honestly can't think of any. Steady paycheck I guess? Very low paycheck, but paid on time at least.

Cons

Employees are treated like children, yelled at by upper management. No work life balance or value for their employees' time. Terrible work environment with no real culture beyond boiler room mentality, which is why this company is essentially a revolving door.

Pros

The home designs and communities are excellent. Good benefits and commission plan.

Cons

Kolter expects local management to wear several different hats regardless of their skill set. The result is high turnover in New Home Sales Consultants due to lack of leadership and mentoring.
