      Learn new things. Global connections. Market leader.

      Cons

      Discrimination between local Indonesian and expats staffs. Tiny bonus. No employee training. No interesting perks. Low ownership of the business within employees. Keep hiring wrong people. Spend too much budget on unnecessary people, activities, and gimmickal initiatives. Too many incompetent leaders who contribute too little but get paid too much.

      1. The job isn't too demanding. 2. Flexible working arrangements depend on your line manager.

      Cons

      1. HR is very unhelpful to employees in obtaining their rights. 2. Some people at the top level are toxic. 3. They only provide salaries based on the expected salary or even lower, even though the average salary of other employees at the same level is much higher. 4. When there's a business trip out of town, the pocket money provided is very little, so there's a possibility of having to cover expenses.
