- Really ambitious team with tons of opportunity internally to advance both as a manager or an individual contributor - Big focus on personal development and learning with advisors, courses and development plans accessible to employees - There's a big, audacious shared goal , and there's a clear path of how we get there - lots of autonomy & responsibility - Komi already works with some amazing celebrities and talent
Cons
Much like every early-stage startup, the pace is fast and we can pivot quickly if required. As a result, plans can be impacted, and this definitely doesn't suit everyone.
