Leadership is accessible which is unique. And we are genuinely leaning into AI and innovation, it shows up in the products we're building and in how teams work day to day. There's real investment in doing things well: thoughtful processes, good tooling, and a culture that values craft over just moving fast. Smart people everywhere you look, and they're kind, which is rarer than it should be.
Cons
Things move quickly and priorities shift — that's the reality of a growing company. If you can roll with some ambiguity, you'll be fine.
