      Pros

      Ideal place for freshers to get 1-2 years of experience. Also, employees can get enough time for upgrade and skill development.

      Cons

      Employees can't expect to get any perks and benefits like Provident Fund, Insurance, etc... Six days work week. Minimum facilities are provide like old working laptop, internet, and a chair which might be broken. Restroom stinks and low hygiene standards.
