Pros
Positive attitudes are welcomed back to contribute towards achieving team goals. The rest are like a salted chamois, only use is creating friction and saddle sores.

Pros
Good general image, makes cool products, you can make good friends, not too much pressure.
Cons
-- This is not talking about the Kent era -- The company is stuck in 2010ish. The overall way to put things together is insanely slow and not proactive. Management looks friendly but it doesn't really care about the staff, it's even toxic. Staff is let on its own, trying to keep the company up.
