They lost their way. A bunch of people in the corporate office saying one thing, doing another and giving zero power and authority to those 'in charge' and expecting 100% accountability in return. Do not bother

Poor upper management. The higher-ups never made their rounds across the office to speak with staff about their projects, nor did they ever attempt to keep us motivated. All the responsibility, and penalties, seemed to fall on the middle managers. Very slow to adapt to US market trend, listen to new ideas, or spend a single red cent on improvements to equipment or work process.
