      interesting work. good co-workers.

      Cons

      great company a few years ago but bad management decisions took it down the wrong path, current management treats employees poorly and compensation is below average. not much chance for advancement

      Pros

      Most of the people were nice. Nice furniture, computers, equipment. Good location.

      Cons

      Was hit by layoff in February 2011, when 40% of company was laid off. I found out that I got laid off, when I was at home getting ready to go to work, and I got a phone call to say not to come in, that the job was over. There was no severence pay. What a brutal way to treat your workers.

      Pros

      People who worked there were nice. If you work for a good department, you had an easier time at the company. Some decent managers outside of the executives.

      Cons

      Upper management decision caused the company to grow quickly and when times are tough the first thing they resort to is to layoff people.
