Pros

Team are lovely and friendly and there is a great team environment. Plus free coffee and cakes on site is never a bad thing!

Cons

The only con is the salary is very low (only just above minimum wage) and you don't get paid extra for working bank holidays. For the physical work and long hours that is required and providing the quality and brand of the product, I think the wage should match this better.

The best thing about Konditor is the people! All the teams are really lovely and wonderful to work with. It's also great for internal progression if that's something you're interested in.

Cons

Some of the systems used aren't the best and could probably do with updating.

Great people working at the lowest parts of the job Lots of free cakes and brownies

Management doesn't care about you or your problems If you aren't friends with the og owner then you won't get far Good luck getting past the toxic idiots who run the company They will keep promising a pay rise but will never deliver Every day the owner will come in and expect you to look after his kids, or have you drop what you are doing and stand there as they shout at you for the state of a shop that he himself reorganized and set up the day before. And of course you are more likely to get the angry side of him if you are a woman.
