      none really, they pay me (low end) and that's about it

      Management, culture, command and control approach, do as told don't question, poor safety attitude, no learning culture, just badly managed and run

      Nothing absolutely nothing, honestly I would avoid the HR department at all costs and would not recommend working here.

      Cons

      The HR department especially the managers are awful, expect no training, on the phones on the first day. Horrible treatment from the older staff who don’t respect anyone and think they run the world. Don’t welcome new staff or treat them well at all and to top it off constantly gossip and criticise others. Worst place I have ever worked in my life, let go after a week for no real reason. Shame on you.
