Where to start... no structure AT ALL. Very mismanaged at every level. Daily meetings to discuss "what you did yesterday and what you are doing today". Project managers for the project managers for the project managers. Couldn't get answers to DAY 1 questions for my role. Literally had meetings with people who said they had no idea what was going on within the contract. Never saw a Org. chart. Micro-managed at the top and what I described as "elementary school role-call" at meetings... where you have to say "Yes, Im here on the call". Treat employees like bad untrustworthy kids. Overall bad.

A contractor performed almost 100 hours worth of work over 4 months ago for Koniag and still has not been paid although Koniag hired the contractor through a subcontractor they received all deliverables directly and refuse to investigate even though they are responsible for the subcontractor. It has been reported to Koniag's HR with no response. Koniag consistently hires contractors through subs that they don't pay and do not take responsibility for.
