Pros

- you can experience all types of different works from any job out of your scope - if you work overtime (which is mandatory) on last day of every month, you can order 1 single burger without fries - you can learn how to survive with minimum resources and learn about anthropology (not in a good way) - located in Wan Chai which is good

Cons

- you are paid less than Indian ops located in India - you will need to get a second job to continue your life - you will need to pay for your mental health fee - no international banks will know this company - such a small office with many weird people - you will need to learn from old document with everything wrong and no one teaches you - no respect towards each other in a professional manner - Micromanagement on tedious stuff and no management on importance stuff

Pros

The company has a descent office premises. They follow strict timings of 9 AM to 6 PM. HR Department needs english classes. HR is working just to please the head of the organisation.

Cons

The organisation works as per the will of only one person and the policies also changes as per his will without any prior notice. The HR does not even acknowledge the terms of appointment letter rather they would threaten you to spoil your career. They themselves are not aware of their policies and really require english classes. The interpretation of the terms of employment changes as per their whims and fancies. They would not even accept the discussions which they had at the time of recruitment.
