      Amazing vibe Transparency on all levels, frequent feedbacks on how the company is going and the plans for what comes next Trust on your work Freedom to make decisions and speak up about things you don't like

      Cons

      2 main projects with different attention and care. Depending on what project you work you may feel that few people care for what you do, most of the attentions are given to the fancy project. Sometimes there are an excessive amount of meetings.

      Pros

      I just started working at Koolicar and it's a really great work environment. There is a big focus on company culture and team values which is something I really appreciate. Hours are very flexible, you can work from home whenever you want, you can work and travel, there are also lots of opportunities to share and learn. The office is beautiful, very spacious and sunny.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and reorganizing at the moment, which means a lot of people need to adapt to new processes. Fortunately, everyone here is very open to change which makes the transition a lot easier!

      Salary could be higher, sometimes the management is not as flat as they want it to be.
